Grievance Process

If a section of the contract is not followed, the employee has the right to grieve that process. Article 13, Sections A and B

Step 1 - Employee presents grievance to Supervisor. 5 working days to respond.

Step 2 - Employee presents grievance to Department Head. 10 workings days to respond.

Step 3 - Employee presents grievance to Union Executive Board Liaison to process through Labor Relations. 10 working days to respond.
